3. Donation Policy
- Non-Tax Deductible: Contributions or gifts to Watchtower of Reason are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of political advocacy, donations are generally non-refundable.
- Automatic Creation: Upon making a donation at the “Supporter” level, a user account will be automatically created to grant you access to the members-only area.
4. User Conduct & Prohibited Content
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, including other members’ accounts or leadership-only areas.+1

All policy ideas, articles, and research materials provided on the public and supporter-only areas are the property of Watchtower of Reason unless otherwise stated.
6. Confidentiality and Non-Distribution
- Restricted Access: The “Supporter” and “Leadership” areas contain proprietary research and internal strategies intended solely for registered supporters.
- Prohibition of Redistribution: You strictly agree not to republish, record, screenshot, or distribute any content found within the non-public areas of this site without express written permission.
- Media and Press: Membership as a “Supporter” does not grant a license for media publication. Professional media inquiries must be directed through official public contact channels.
7. Disclaimer of Status
Watchtower of Reason is currently a political think tank with the long-term goal of becoming a political party. Usage of this site does not constitute official party membership in a legal sense until the organization is formally incorporated.
8. Termination of Access
Watchtower of Reason reserves the right to terminate your membership and access to protected areas immediately, without refund, if you are found to be in violation of these confidentiality terms.
